Kiwi bỏ vỏ, thái miếng cho vào nồi cùng với tất cả các nguyên liệu phía trên, bắc lên bếp nấu sôi 10 phút với lửa vừa. Sau đó hạ thấp lửa, cứ nấu như thế 30 phút.
