Nếu trong bếp đang có dư ớt trái mà bạn chưa biết xử lý sao, hãy tận dụng để trổ tài với món gà xào ớt này. Món gà xào ớt sẽ thêm phần hấp dẫn nhờ có màu sắc xanh và đỏ của ớt tươi, sắc vàng của thịt gà, sắc nâu của hạt tiêu. Cùng chế biến món ăn cay, thơm nhưng ngon mê mẩn này ngay nhé!
Ức gà rửa sạch, thái miếng vuông cỡ 1.5cm. Ớt thái nhỏ.Trong 1 cái bát vừa, cho bột bắp, tương ớt, 1 muỗng cà phê nước tương, rượu Mai Quế Lộ, dầu mè, bột tiêu sọ vào trộn đều. Cho gà vào và ướp khoảng 30 phút. Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu trong chảo với lửa lớn. Thêm ớt và xào trong 3-5 phút cho đến khi ớt mềm nhưng vẫn còn tươi. Khi thấy ớt hơi sém cạnh, thêm muối, sau đó cho ra dĩa để riêng.
Thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu vào chảo. Cho gà vào chảo. Xào cho đến khi gà chín, cho ra khỏi chảo và đặt sang một bên, bạn để chảo nguội một chút. Thêm 1/2 muỗng canh dầu vào chảo trên lửa nhỏ. Thêm ớt khô, hạt tiêu Tứ Xuyên và tỏi băm. Xào trong 2 phút. Văn lửa cao trở lại và thêm ớt, gà và 1 muỗng cà phê nước tương vào. Đảo đều và tắt bếp.
Cho gà ra đĩa, dùng nóng với cơm trắng rất ngon nhé!
