I like the fact that I can control the brew strength and water temperature. I have not had a bad cup of coffee from this machine. I bought this size just to prevent having to refill the machine too often and I am happy it allows us at least 7-12oz cups before refilling. This just allows me to get out the door quicker. The machines with the smaller reservoir would be a point of contention for me. I am so happy with this new machine and the coffee flavor has been excellent as well. I have some Starbucks pods, Green Mountain, and tea pods and each and every one has been delicious: and I am quite the picky coffee drinker as I like it strong but not bitter. I have not gotten a bitter cup yet. Way to go Keurig!

This Keurig allows me to make 5 cups of coffee at one time in an thermal carafe. It is very user friendly and doesn't take up any more room then our original Keurig. It is attractive on the counter and heats the water quickly for your next cup. We use it to heat water for hot chocolate and tea. It does not make as much noise as our old Keurig. I would give it a thumbs up!

This is a great product. My husband lives his coffee. Separately I buy 24 oz. Cups for him to take on the go. We used to have the K400 Kuerig and it lasted for about 8 years. We kept it clean and changed the filters and did the descaling process since we have hard water it was necessary. Our favorite feature on this new one is it has bigger oz. sizes to brew. We also love that you can adjust the brewing temperature of the water for your beverage in this new one!!!

I now have had my 3rd Keurig ( K475) for a week and it does what it is supposed to. It basically is the same as the K 300 I had which had started to "spit" a lot and take a long time to finish brewing a cup. It felt like twice as long but probably was not. So far I have needed a new one every 2+ years. I brew 100+ cups a month. When I had a regular coffee pot I never got the amount of coffee right and hated that I could not make 1or 2 cups at a time. So, I have been a K-cup fan since the first one I bought. I do wish they would hurry up and have biodegradable pods. I saw the posts and thought I would not be able to use non_Keurig pods, BUT I have had no problem and have used Kuai, Mario Batalia, Wegmans, and Melita so far. They have been plastic pods and those mesh pods. I was very happy to not need to fiddle with magnets or cutting of tops and the like I saw on U-Tube. Maybe Keurig "saw the light" and changed it?

Love this Keurig! We had purchased another prior that we returned because it didn't have a large enough water capacity. This one is perfect! It allows you to brew different sizes 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz and more; and different strength coffee. It also offers a setting for hot chocolate which is one of my kids favorites. Easy to use and easy to program! It also offers different screen color options so it matches with your kitchen colors. Pretty innovative. Highly recommend!

Awesome machine. It didn't come with the carafe for brewing pots of coffee but you can. Uh that separate. We set it to heat up the water between certain hours and then when we get out of bed we simply brew it. You can't set it to automatically brew but it does save time not having to wait for the water to heat up. I love how we can change the water temperature! It's a great machine and we have no regrets about purchasing it!

I've waited almost a year to review the K475 CoffeeMaker because in order to review it, I needed to use it. And I have...every single day! I love this coffeemaker! It's easy to use, has a great screen, and makes a great cup or pot of coffee! Yes, you can make either one cup or one pot of coffee with this versatile coffeemaker! It is awesome! I love the way the screen will prompt you when you need to change filters or add water. I love the huge water reservoir which means I'm not filling it up every time I turn around. I love the temperature of my coffee and the fresh taste & smell! This is a fantastic, durable (remember, I've used it for a year!) coffeemaker! I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

Wow...bought this to replace a less expensive model and It's AMAZING! Very well made. The Keurig lift bar is very durable in this higher end model. The cover for the reservoir is also well designed. Front half holds open to add water instead of removed entire lid! Front display tells you everything you need to know and do!!! Great for someone new to Keurig, or anyone wanting to make coffee, hot chocolate. Well made and designed. These extra features are wonderful! Plus...the Brewer Maintenance Accessory included when you buy this model...helps keep the needle clean (comes with simple instructions) Would HIGHLY recommend this higher end model to anyone wanting an easy way to make a delicious cup of fresh brewed coffee. Also, others commented on it being noisy..Not at all..it's fast and you hear it brewing although never found it noisy.

I've had it for nearly a year now. Got it for $80 through Amazon marketplace in a distressed box.(The price went up to $100 next day). I use it exclusively for my coffee now, sure the coffee is more expensive, water temperature could be a bit hotter, but man is it convenient to use. Coffee quality is very good to great, depending on the quality of coffee used. Now, I would not spend the full price for this coffee maker($139), that is just too expensive for me, but you may not have a problem with it. It turned out to be a great deal for me, stumbling in on it as I did when it was barely posted for sale. It is a great, convenient coffee maker in my opinion

Ok here we go. this product came in two days perfect. Nothing wrong with the packaging or the product. until we filled it with water and made some coffee and tea. the water that came out of the system tasted awful so we emptied the water holder washed it and did it again in fact we used up all 70oz and it still had that awful taste to the water. the wife called Keurig direct. Wow customer service was awesome. We explained how we just received it today. anyway they are sending us a new K75 system along with a box of coffee. we are not new to Keurig our old one is 5 years old we decided to upgrade to the K75. though the product was defective Keurig stood behind it and sent out a replacement that day.
