Đánh tan trứng với muối. Bắc chảo lên bếp đun nóng, cho bơ vào, chờ bơ tan, bạn cho trứng vào chiên. Đem ra ngoài để riêng. Trải lá hoành thánh ra 1 mặt phẳng, phủ lên đó là 1 lớp phô mai bào, kế tiếp là trứng chiên và cuối cùng là xúc xích.
Bạn bẻ 2 đầu của miếng hoành thánh vào trước, sau đó cuốn tròn lại, nếu thấy vỏ hơi khô, bạn có thể chấm với tí nước để dán mép vỏ. Cuốn chặt tay và làm lần lượt đến hết nguyên liệu. Bắc chảo dầu ăn lên bếp, cho bánh vào chiên vàng.
Cho bánh ra ngoài và thưởng thức cùng với tương ớt, tương cà đều ngon. Món bánh này có thể làm bữa ăn sáng của bạn trở nên thật dễ dàng bởi sự tiện lợi lẫn cách làm giản đơn.
